Class Descriptions
Lean Muscle Workout
A class with weights, bands, bars and other forms of resistance to add muscle tone for a great total body workout.
Boot Camp
This workout will lead you through high intensity strength and cardio exercises. It is designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning tons of calories.
Funky Beatz
A high energy, hip-shaking’ cardio class! This class is filled with the hottest, calorie burning moves from hip-hop and latin dance.
Cycling
This ride uses stationary bikes to give you an absolute low-impact workout. The class can be designed for all fitness levels from the first-time attendance to the extremely advanced. A full water bottle and towel are required.
Kick & Burn
A fun-filled cardio workout that incorporates quick upper body movements and controlled lower body kicks. Kickboxing is a great cross training tool and excellent for all fitness levels.
Step
This low to medium impact class provides cardiovascular training with continuous step aerobics. Abdominal conditioning and cool down conclude the class.
Yoga
In yoga, our focus is on the breath, body alignment, and the mind. Yoga restores health and releases tension and stress. With regular practice, yoga becomes a rhythmic movement involving breath and body.
Power Yoga
This is not your grandmother’s yoga! In this class you will use your traditional yoga poses in a quick paced, up tempo class. Your strength, flexibility and agility will be put to the test while your mind and body are invigorated.
Pilates
Pilates mat work demonstrates that our body can achieve fitness on its own without any equipment. Using only you own body weight and gravity. Mat Pilates will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you'll achieve better alignment and re-teach your body to work more efficiently.
